PreliminaryBuilding on Robinhood Chain
Tickers are labels.Check the die.
Anyone can copy a ticker. Wafermap proves which contract is the real one: signed by the wallet that launched it, confirmed by its own site and X.

Same label. Different die.
Copycats match the name, the logo, even the first and last four characters of the address. They can't match the die.

Die ID is a visual aid for people. The proof is the signed record behind it.
How a die passes
Three pins. All must connect.
| Pin | Name | Test | Fails when |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Origin | The wallet that sent the launch transaction signs a one-time message. | Signer isn't the launcher |
| 2 | Domain | The project's site serves /.well-known/wafermap.json naming the same contract. | File missing, or names another contract |
| 3 | Social | The project's X account posts a one-time code. | Code not on that account |
| Out | Pass | All three connect. The die lights up on the wafer and the token gets a public datasheet. | |
Notice
Wafermap has no token yet.
When it launches, the contract goes up here and on @wafermap at the same moment, and it has to pass the same three pins as everyone else. Anything called Wafermap before that isn't ours.
